Your Story Fitness is a boutique personal training studio located in Moonee Ponds. Our experienced personal trainers are pre and post natal exercise qualified. We also have additional qualifications in fitness for menopausal women.
Our services include:
Personal and Small Group Training – movement and exercise to improve your fitness, strength and wellbeing. With small groups we take the opportunity to keep a close eye on your technique and will give you options to ensure you are working safely and getting the most from your exercise session.
Pelvic Floor Specialist Consultations – for women who have been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse or who have other pelvic floor concerns and want to exercise safely.
Menopausal Coaching – mindset and wellness coaching for peri menopausal and menopausal women.
Mums and Bubs Small Group Training – ready to resume training after having a baby but not sure where to go. You can bring your baby in with you and can be assured you’re training with a Personal Trainer who has completed specialist post-natal exercise training.
Power Plate – our Power Plate is a brilliant tool for post-natal women and and pelvic floor clients as we ca challenge your fitness without increasing load. The Power Plate is also a fabulous tool for athletes who need to improve flexibility. We have targeted flexibility programs that help with recovery.
Your Story Fitness is perfect for all fitness levels, especially if you are intimidated by gyms, our private studio is your solution. Private, personal and welcoming…and you can bring your kids in to the studio with you.
