Your Story Fitness is a boutique personal training studio located in Moonee Ponds. Its a private space for women to exercise with other like-minded women in a studio where there are no mirrors, no men, no competition. Just nurturing, encouragement and trainers that care about you and guide you to achieve more.
Our personal trainers are experienced and hold additional qualifications in training women through all stages of their lives, including pre and post-natal and menopause. Women of all ages are welcome, as are children.
Our services include:
Personal and Small Group Training – movement and exercise to improve your fitness, strength and wellbeing. With small groups we take the opportunity to keep a close eye on your technique and will give you options to ensure you are working safely and getting the most from your exercise session.
Pelvic Floor Specialist Consultations – for women who have been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse or who have other pelvic floor concerns and want to exercise safely. We will provide you with education about your body and guide you to trusted women’s health physiotherapists to make sure you get the care you deserve.
Mums and Bubs Small Group Training – when you’re ready to resume training after having a baby but not sure where to go. You can bring your baby in with you and can be assured you’re training with a Personal Trainer who has completed specialist post-natal exercise training.
