At home program

Huge news we are super-excited to share!

We’ve had so many woman tell us that they’d love to train with us but just find it so hard to get to us due to their massive schedules. So for all of you, here is our solution. You can train with us in your own time, in your own home (or workplace or park)!

We have written an awesome 6-week program for you including:

  • 3 workouts per week in the different styles we use in the studio
  • a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, check out the workouts and gain heaps of nutrition information
  • a 30-min online 1-1 goal setting session at the start of the program
  • a goal review session at the end of the program
  • weekly nutrition tips
  • weekly motivation and mindset tools and tips
  • advice to tailor the exercises to meet your specific needs
  • access to contact our trainers to get assistance and guidance every step of the way.

We start APRIL 20th, 2018 for 6 weeks!

Our online program is written for busy women, requires minimal equipment and is more than just burpees and squat jumps. In fact, you won’t find those here!

We understand your body is unique and the program may need to be tweaked just for you. Your Story is our difference.

We stand for showing women how exercise can be so important in helping them feel great about themselves. We want to help you to love your body…how it feels, how it moves and how it looks too.

Exercise is awesome for stress relief, improving sleep quality, building self-esteem and confidence and improving mood. We know that all women would love to improve at least one of those things.

And once you start with us, you’re with us. We won’t leave you hanging out there on your own. With our FB group we will be in contact and checking in with how you’re doing!
