Our Personal Training Services

Our Story Fitness offers a range of personal training options. We know you are busy juggling several things at once. Being in good health will make the juggle easier. So we offer flexible, tailored solutions for your needs.

Our studio is located in Moonee Ponds where we run personal training sessions, Power Plate training or small group classes. It is a unique studio, deliberately unlike your traditional gym and offers you a private, supportive space. Kids are welcome and small group sessions are limited to 8 women.

Personal training

$45 – $80 per session

 Our individualised personal training sessions take into account your exercise history, current activity and health levels and you lifestyle goals. We discuss your needs and then write a program matched to you.

Exercise with Prolapse and other Pelvic Floor Concerns

$120 – $180 per session
We are specialists in working with women as well as women with pelvic floor issues including incontinence or prolapse. We commence with a 90minute private consultation and then build an education and program individualised for you. We also connect you with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist so we know you are working your pelvic floor safely and are getting all the support you need.

Small group training

$16 – $25 per session

A more cost-effective option that doesn’t compromise on quality of service. Our classes are capped at 8 so we can keep an eye on your technique and make sure you’re exercising smartly and safely.

Online Personal Training

$50 – $150 per week

For the time poor who can’t get to us, we offer an online program and can write and review a program for you, all you need is access to a computer and some minimal exercise equipment and a can-do mindset.
