Mel Milner, Owner and Personal Trainer

Mel is a smiling, active personal trainer and mother to two lively children. She believes that fitness is the pathway to better health and well-being. Exercise should be an enabler for everything else in your life. And it should be personalised to your needs and your body.

With has over 6 years experience in the Fitness industry including as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at commercial gyms and boutique fitness business mishfit,. Mel is confident she can help you write Your Fitness Story. Mel is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University.

Brianna Wood

Brianna is a multi-talented, highly skilled personal trainer with extensive pre and post natal exercise experience.  A mother and fitness guru, her passions include exercise, family and fashion as Brianna is also a personal stylist and active wear fashion designer. Brianna is a Group Fitness Instructor as well as certified Nordic Walking Instructor. Is there anything she can’t do?

Brianna knows how to get the best from her clients, whether you’re new (or newly returned) to exercise or a super-fit weekend warrior, she can find ways to improve your fitness and health.

 

 

Our team are all mishfit Pre-and Post Natal qualified as well as certified Power Plate trainers. We hold Working With Children checks, registration with Fitness Australia and First Aid and CPR qualifications.
